As the agreement goes into effect on July 1, 2020, we will begin to add our own resources, FAQs, notices, etc. that we feel are helpful for our clients.

As CBP has yet to release the official USMCA Certificate of Origin, we request that all clients, at minimum, complete a Certificate of Origin as outlined via thisExcel sheet.
